Thank you so much for our beautiful wedding cake! It looked and tasted amazing! There is hardly any left over (only a small section from the largest tier) so obviously it went over well with our guests! I'm actually having some now with a cup of tea - the perfect ending to the weekend. :)

I wanted to write to you personally to thank you for being an amazing artist and human being!! That was literally the best wedding cake I have seen and tasted!! You were very kind to accomodate a 3rd tier and a 2nd flavor at the last minute. I love the design and you did such a fantastic job with arranging the flower stems! It was stunning and perfect and I couldn't have been more happy with your creation and the overall experience of working with you. So many of our friends kept on repeatedly mentioning their love of that cake -- how they had never tasted a cake like that and how it was so beautiful it was hard to believe it was a real cake!! At the end of the evening we did have some slices left over and those guests remaining all wanted to take it home, so none got wasted! A couple of my dear friends also said they had a chance to meet you while you were setting up and that they thought you were so lovely. Obviously!!

"Thank you Dalana! The cake was perfect - beautiful and delicious! Where the caramel met the chocolate cake... Ohmygod it was sooooo good!

The cake stayed out on the floor all evening and held up well until cutting time. We got the extra cupcakes too :)

And the best part is... There are leftovers!!! So tonight we are sharing it with our family, and I want to put a piece in the freezer to have on our anniversary. Probably won't be quite as delicious, but it will bring back sweet memories :)

A true work of art, I really can't believe you were able to make it look so perfect. I didn't see it right away, but the vest?!!! The salmon wearing the vest!!! was genius, ha ha! Priceless! "Thank you so much for the most amazing first birthday party cake a little girl could dream of!  Our daughter Emerson’s birthday is 3 days before Halloween and so we decided to throw her a Halloween themed party for her first birthday.  I asked Dalana to create a 3 dimensional pumpkin and gave her no other instructions.  What she created was beyond my wildest dreams!  A gorgeous pumpkin with amazing details from mushrooms growing on the ground to little ghosts and mini pumpkins and a fabulous sign that read “Happy Birthday Emerson.  The cherry on top was that the cake was delicious.  Not only is Dalana a great artist but also a great baker!  My guests were in awe and word spread quickly to their families with the first order coming in just 2 days later for a friend’s grandma’s birthday!  
I can’t wait to see what Dalana comes up with next year!"
